You don't have to be able to do 20 pull-ups to be able to do one pull-up with one arm. I can do max 12 pull-ups if I try really hard, but I can do 2 pull-ups with one arm.

Doing a flag though, that's hard =P

I cant lift a box of potatoes with all my strength, and you want me to do that?
Though, to be fair, the boxes dont have bottoms.

Just going to necro bump because lifting.

I've been going at it seriously for the past year and have basically did a complete 180 with my physical coniditon. I went from being 230 lbs - 28% body fat to 180 lbs - 15% body fat. My maxes on the big three are

* 3 Plates deadlift (315 Pounds)
* 2 Plates 25 bench (275 Pounds)
* 2 Plates 30 squat (285 Pounds)
So I'm wondering, does anybody still lift in rNd and if so, what are your regiments like / do you take supplements?
