Why I SHOULD be VIP:
1. I look forward to the rules and reminding them to most of people who join the servers and/or the people who violate them once or twice..
2. I'm online A LOT, meaning I could help a lot in keeping the servers minge-free. Also, I'm mostly active on TTT, unlike most other people.
3. Most people that have met me in-game (minges excluded) like me, and in general I can say I'm a friendly person.
4. I am patient with minges, meaning that I don't kick for first-offences. I give two - three warnings before starting a votekick, except in a few cases (such as RDMing his traitor buddy or the detective in TTT unprovoked).
5. I try to be a great member of the community.
6. I try to react to most calls for help in the servers, no matter on which server it comes from.

Why I WANT to be VIP:
1. I want to be VIP so I can keep servers away from minges such as RDMers, Hackers, and so on.
2. I also want to be VIP because I want to have a fair game for all people who play. (especially newcomers)

Contributions to RND:
1. I've reported many minges
2. Kept the TTT server free from violators
3. Guided bunch of newcomers (guides, rules)
4. Welcomed new people joining the servers.
5. I populate the TTT servers by inviting everyone that would like and has Garry's Mod whenever the server seems to be empty.

Situations:

1. First warning.
-> keep doing: Second Warning
-> doesn't stop: Attempt to votekick player.
-> Joins back, keeps prop pushing: Give a last warning.
-> If the subject is still acting wrong: Start a voteban for continous prop pushing/other violations attempted after several warnings.
-> If person comes back, still prop pushes: Start another voteban, if nothing, tell an admin/report.

Someone Karma Farming in TTT
1. I will ask players how long has the player in spectator been there.
-> if the player still karma farming and goes on: Tell him/her to wait for his/her karma to go back or play the game and also give a warning
-> if the player still keep it up: Give them a last warning.
-> if they have no intention to stop: Start a votekick.
-> they come back and karma farm again: Give them one final chance to stop.
-> if stupidity wins over their common sense: Start a voteban on the player.
-> if comes back and keeps doing: Start another voteban, if continous behaviour, tell an admin or report on the forum.

RDMing on TTT
1. I ask them why they did it.
-> if it was an accident or after the other player attempts to kill him/her: leave it be, tell them to not do it again. If the second situation occurs, warn the other person.
-> if person does it again on ''accident'': Start a votekick for RDMing.
-> if it was on purpose: Start a votekick on them for RDMing.
-> if they come back and do it again: Start another votekick.
-> if person does it a third time: Start a voteban.

RDMing the detective as an innocent
1. Ask the person why they RDMed the Detective
-> if it was because the Detec was randomly shooting people: Leave it be, check how many people the detective killed
-> if it was for no reason: Start a votekick on the person.
-> intends to do it repeatedly: Start a voteban.
-> comes back and does it again: Start another voteban or tell to an admin/report after several warnings.

Someone is using a name changer
1. I would try to ban the name changer by myself in the server, and if that's not possible, I would get the SteamID and report the subjct to an admin.

Someone is using an aimbot
1. I would keep an eye on them (suiciding early on to spectate them). Get SteamID.
-> if it's just skill: I'd tell the people that just because someone is good, doesn't mean they use aimbots.
-> if it's getting weird (turning around the corner instantly shooting three people in the head): Keep watching. If anything similar happens again, start a votekick on them for using Aimbots.
-> if person keeps using aimbots: Repeat procedure above, if confirmed use of it, start a voteban.
-> person still uses hax after all: report on the forums.

Someone is using speedhacks
1. I would record and report on the forums.

Someone is mic-spamming, general population wants him/her gone
1. I would tell them how to mute people and that mic spamming is not a kick/bannable offense

Someone is constantly disrespecting other people
1. Tell them to stop.
-> if person listens: everything's okay.
-> if he/she keeps up the disrespective behaviour: Warn them another time.
-> still no intention of stoping: Start a votekick for their behaviour.
-> comes back, keeps up the behaviour: Warn them one last time, saying I will voteban him/her if he/she doesn't stop.
-> keeps it up: Start a voteban for repeated disrespective behaviour.(You've noticed I mostly only put TTT situations since I dont go on other servers such as Zombie Survival(offline), Fretta(offline), Flood(used to) and Wire Build)

Never had any problems with This Cactus, seem mature enough and he's respectful.

That's actually why I don't want him VIP, I don't feel he's quite ready. Not completely decided one way or another but definitely leaning more towards a no because I can honestly see him dealing with some situations poorly possibly and would like to avoid that, and that opinion is based off of personal experiences and such. However I'm not totally opposed to the promotion either so I'll basically just wait and see what other opinions are. If opinions are posted in his support without significant reason to my standard, then I think I'll probably end up -1'ing, but if there are opinions of people whom I respect with detailed reason to why he's VIP material then I'd gladly switch to simply neutral or maybe even supporting the promotion.

Prox:
I'm still not quite sure about him, but from what I know he doesn't really get upset, I don't think I have ever seen him angry, he also knows the rules but I don't know how he would apply that knowledge if the situation would get really challenging, but so far it seems he didn't really had any problems making reports.
