I personally feel he is not ready for VIP from what I've seen/know personally of his attitude in the past, and now. Of course this is all from my previous encounters with him.
Also tip: people really hate it when you continuously bother them about looking at your app, they will look at it when they want to.

Boncey is a good friend of mine and I think he is ready for VIP, but I ain't really sure yet how he will handle situations.
