An optimal program I can sync my iPod music?

Alkaline:
I use WMP to listen to music and create libraries (I favor WMP because it's simple to use) but it won't detect my iPod so I can sync music.

I hate iTunes because it's laggy and I have to update it every week. Is there another program I can use or possibly a driver I can install so WMP detects my iPod?

Deathie:
I use Copytrans manager for that.

I can't use iTunes in the first place, since my iphone is jailbroken.
