You can't overclock laptops
Not using speedfan, AMD Overdrive/Whatever shit intel uses, not even in the BIOS, The case would simply melt and the cpu would explode doing damage to the owner and possibly the company getting sued
GHz's are locked at stock settings
Ofc AMD CnQ still takes effect/Whatever shit intel also uses for less usage = less multiplier = less heat
