well the doctor told me no energetic drinks, not alcohol in big amounts, no caffeine and no sports to the point of being a part of a team and working several hours per weak.

sincerely the only time I had a problem with this was when I got drunk and started puking and ended up in a clinic.

I have played in my rugby team for 1 year and a half, training 2 times a week plus the matches and never felt like my chest hurt or felt my heart was going way too fast.


But well let's say that if someone puts ecstasy in my drink or I drink 2 six packs of redbull I would be in real danger.
