Do you run faster at night? Or is it just me?
(1/1)

Okay, so I've looked this up and people say it's an illusion but I've counted the time it takes me to get to a place and I got around 80% - 100% when it's night and I'm outside. Basically with no light hitting me. I also tire MUCH less. I literally ran like a 2KM and only felt a slight tiring in my legs that went away in just a few seconds. Yet in the day time, I have a harder time running and tire much quicker. What's with that? I know that the temperature drops a little which helps you but not by a lot as it's around 3C average right now, even at night.
What causes your body to just... ZOOM? I've counted the seconds it takes me to go to a place compared to day and I go practically twice as fast as during daylight.

Could be the sun, I know it naturally stimulates body and relaxes it... not sure tho other than the temperature... maybe your body is fully awake and prepared? Maybe running longer time after eating idk

Light = Energy
Energy = Weight
It would make sense.
Then again I don't run day OR night.

This guy on youtube called Vsauce actually calculated the total mass of sunlight hitting all of Manhattan at any moment, and it turns out that it only exerts a few pounds of weight on the whole city lol.

Nobel worthy logic right here.
