Lol no. I've suggested this in a different thread as well. It was briefly talked about, and I was curious what others thoughts on this would be.

It's fine as it is. If regular members want to give their opinion they should pass it on to a VIP. Plus, you have to get to know the VIPs before you become one, or else you won't get a vote.
There are many regs who may have beef with others and probably would try to downvote an app.

You can always PM one of the VIPs or Admins to post your opinion. I think it was done by someone somewhere.

No. This idea is terrible.
There are so many regulars that will go tell shitty opinions just, because they dislike the person.
