Mic isnt working in TF2

Mr. Franklin:
ok, when ever i go on a TF2 server, and i press v to talk, i get a response with "OMG MR.FRANKLIN TURN OFF YOUR MIC" "STOP TALKING MR.FRRANKLIN"

Now my question is, HOW THE FUCK do i fix eet? i went to voice settings in TF2 and it worked perfectly...  :knife: :knife: O0

His mic works fine he's talking like everyday in teamspeak with it...

in ts3 its okay but in like gmod for example, it drowns everyone out and is really staticy and loud.
