Steam Halloween sale help wanted.

So I put $25 in my Steam account for the sale, and so far have bought Amnesia. I have $19.68 left and am not sure what to spend it on. I was thinking Bioshock collection ($10) and Fear 1 + 2 ($6.24) and tax for them, but my friend has been playing Fallout New Vegas ($15) recently and it sounds quite interesting, I told him I would get it ASAP. Then there's the option of just saving it. There are 10 hours left, what should I do?

I could only afford Fear 1 ($2.75 w/ tax) and Fallout NV ($16.50 w/ tax) with $19.68.
