Can't get on steam

I can't get on steam. It won't let me play games either. I tried restarted my pc, but it still won't work.

It says that the process is already running, but I cant find it.

Well I don't really know for sure what could be causing this, but go into your command prompt and type:


--- Code: ---taskkill /f /im steam.exe
--- End code ---

This should kill any running instances, allowing you to restart.
