Never had a problem with memory leaks, the only problem I've had is  what happened not to long ago is sometimes YouTube freezes then the browser.

Chrome used to have flash crashes so often, but I don't get them anymore. I like the speed of chrome more than FF

how is the url bar better?

they have adblock plus for chrome too and it works just as good
