On one map he kept calling out people as an inno, and I believe was RDMing as well. Then at PanicRoom he RDMed 3 people.  He first blooded 2 seconds in a traitor (me) and a few seconds after an inno and a second T. He said he killed me because he thought I was "Afk" and then said he thought he was gonna be T. ( AKA he was making bullshit excuses )

Calling out innos, as an inno, first blood RDM, and Mass(?) RDMing.
