Whats "sounds stressful" means?

My friend got message on other community.
it says "sounds stressful" but we don't know what this means...
can someone explain this?
p.s i tryed use google transrate but it says "Sound stressful" so...

I'm understand now.
What happen is, the my friend is posted like "i'm draw your icon".
Many people wants draw but he is busy so he can't draw icons.
Then he posted scrawl ( idk whats say in english.. ), get that comment.
