On Thursday (I believe), I've had to tell KMG so many times to:

1. Read the rules
2. Stop RDMing
3. That "He was a T when he was dead so it's okay that I RDM'd him anyways" is as valid as saying "He's a traumatized burn victim so I burned him some more".

And I'm fairly certain it was the same day (Wednesday) I created that report and kicked/banned some people for the exact same reason after warning them, too (RDM, mostly) that he was also there.

He has no excuses except the fact that he can't control his impulse to be silly.
