What's wrong with me?

I woke up at 4AM with extreme pain around my heart and (my) left arm. Its 7AM and I still haven't been able to go back to sleep because of it.

There are no doctors today since its a holiday. It feels like a got punched right in my Chest. I cant lay down or it will hurt, and I can't put my back straight because that will make it hurt too. So I've been sitting on my bed slumped down for about 4 hours....

Please does anyone know whats wrong? Google never seems to helP when there is somethin wrong with me.

Actually, scratch that.

Not sure if heart attack, look out for these: "breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness."

I'd say I have the headache one, and the occasional trouble seeing stuff. My eyes go blurry every once in a while when I blink

Erm, I'm no doctor w/e but according to this http://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/Conditions/911-Warnings-Signs-of-a-Heart-Attack_UCM_305346_SubHomePage.jsp it looks like stroke. Should tell your relatives of what you're feeling and stick around.

I usually just let it pass.
