I was going to suggest the fastDL on those servers might be broken. Try deleting or renaming your maps folder and restarting gmod and see if that fixes it.

DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you are the best it works you have no idea how long I have been waiting for this solution other friends helped me to and it did really help alot but this fixed it thank you and everyone else for the help.

I also just noticed this was in the wrong board. Generally, the "help" board is where threads like this would go.

For some weird reason what Death said renaming the maps in gmod did work for lot's of other servers for me but not for rnd what should I do now ?
