What is money rounding in flood

I saw on the VIP app that it says money rounding, what is it?

Doesn't that mean to not make a boat and only shoot other people's boats?

Money rounding was when everyone were on a boat and the whole time they did nothing but waited until the round was over, because in the old flood you used to get money every few seconds, but in the current version you have to shoot other peoples boats so you can't money round anymore.

You also can money round by taking turns winning the round for money with a partner
