Here's my laptop which I brought for under 600 euros. I still had to install additional 4 gigs of RAM and it is one of those laptops where you have to completely dismantle them in order to access RAM. Processor can move up to 3GHz if it needs to and the monitor is a 1366x768 because it's a 15.6 inch laptop and I have my PC monitor plugged in.
Laptop model is Acer Aspire E5-571G-70HY.
