It doesn't help that he's tried to start shit over TS3 multiple times now.

I completely agree with this as I was there when he got banned and demoted. :thumbsdown:

I've known photo for as long as i can remeber from playing in rnd.From what ive seen he follows rules and
doesn't troll, so i beileave that photo can handle reg. +1
