I don't really play ZS, but was it actually causing that much of a problem?

I can see the logic in making a ban request for someone who was being a huge problem player, but I don't think it's really necessary to declare "no fun allowed" and ban someone for a few TKs (when they just respawn a few seconds later anyway).

Again, not really a ZS player and wasn't there, so I don't have much context.

Deathie:
TKing as a zombie would warrant a kick/voteban at most.

I don't feel this is a strong enough reason to give him an extended ban.
