In the original video, it's an embassy vehicle trying to get through when there were some street riots in Egypt.

Gunfire started going off, and the driver did what he was supposed to do to protect his passengers.

You can actually hear it at the start of this video. In the original, he just sits there until the gunfire starts, then he just plows through the roiters.
