Thin and medium-rare. It's hard to get it just right with thin steaks for me :/. Probably because i'm 12, and I rarely cook.
Oh, and with BBQ sauce on it.

Medium-well, medium thickness.
Favorite kind of steak is sirloin (why pay more when your favorite cut is cheaper).
Seasoned with a small amount of pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Great, now my mouth is watering.

Medium-rare sirloin, medium thickness, around 11 oz.
