Weird things that go on around where you live?

Around the street I live close to, there's usually a dead chicken or other animal (mostly chicken) inside a bag of any sort (most of the time) killed by voodoo satanist people or something. One time it was just a beheaded deer, propped up on one of the huge palm trees like nothing was wrong, with the head between the legs.
It's not even a ghetto neighborhood.

Despite living in a pretty much all white neighborhood (retired old doctors and their spouses usually) These cholos drive by all the time with their stereo all the way up and the bass makes the windows vibrate.

Well it doesn't happen normally, but once we had a fugitive (Bank robbery) torch a stolen car literally right next to my window on the curb.

Once a tree fell down on top of a car due to a big ass storm. Also a bunch of Southern Americans play the same loud music all over again on their stereos.

Nothing strange ever happens in my neighborhood, but it's not that kind of area to begin with.
