Tbh I don't know if you should take it home with you. It would be cool to have one yea, but it would obviously require some maintenance if it's still learning to eat seeds and stuff. You would really need to pay attention to it a quite a bit... and if you're going between your mom and dad's house how will you be able to take care of it?

If you want to take it home with you, it's really up to you, you just have to have the means and the capability (and the time) to take care of it and love it. If you can do those things, then I don't see why not. :) You'd also have to keep it away from that snake of yours lol.
