i dunno...if you ask me this reminds me of "The Thing" rather than DS,
so The guy is a parasite he...ehem,pingazez the girl up and she becomes a parasite then she...Wat...the guys thingy and he becomes a part of her...

Well im referring mostly to the animated movie , Dead Space : Downfall, where the Necromorphs would fuse with other humans even when the humans are still alive. but yeah its alot more in common with The Thing.
