EA Trolling me

When BF3 first came out I couldn't play it for 3 months because I was kicked by that piece of shit punkbuster software. At first I called customer service. All lines were full. Then I called again a week later. Got a 4 hour waiting time. So I waited until they picked up, I told them my problem in full and the guy said "Please restart your Playstation 3 console" and ended the call.

I don't even own a Playstation 3.
