Suggest possible admin candidates. Explain why if you want, don't if you don't.
No it doesn't mean they'll be promoted. No it doesn't mean people are even being promoted atm.

I honestly think, if prox were to be the one promoted that the second person should be deacon,of course with his approval, but even if he doesn't want to become one now, I think he would be the perfect guy for the job when his personal stress is gone.
