Those who have performed poorly in recent events of the particular activity "Outburst of Terror" or similar editions are to be restricted from participating in these parties, or gather-ups completely. If these individuals see fit to join in on this occasion and ruin the fun for the rest of the experienced and skilled participants then they must be castrated with the force of a thousand suns and be subjected to eternal view of a horribly disfigured human who gladly admits to their unfortunate "looks." They also appear to be involved with a number of other individuals who enjoy this torture of the optical area of their body for strange, unknown reasons.
