Can someone please explain to me what is up with all the drama that seems to be going on at the moment?

I catch bits and pieces of it, but none of it seems to really be going on in the open.

Deathie:
tl;dr

Me and Don got frustrated with Jman and stuff he's been doing on the servers.
Took it to coolz, where Jman got off with a warning.
More frustration.
Sabb starts doing things that really rustled our jimmies.
Start several arguements with him.
Everyone seems to have a stick in their ass, getting angry over arbitrary things.
Don quits becuase he felt it wasn't worth trying anymore.

And that's pretty much the last two months abridged.

I think I'm fairly certain after that warning I got my shit together. I haven't done a single thing except help since then. Correct me if you think I'm wrong.
