It's a parkour game mode or something. I think it was SMasters that got some of us to play it.

It's definitely the game mode...
Notice the different coloured teams and how some people have weapons, others don't, and some people have trails (like when he was wall jumping). It's a gamemode based around parkour where you can join different teams to do different things such as tag, killing, freerunning or w.e, etc.

I actually played with the guy who made it a long time ago, but someone got hold of the code and uploaded it on garrysmod.org.
This was when there was just a single server of it at the time though...
