I believe this video is about the evolution of humans and how we began as a simple cell (the face). As time progressed and these "cells" began to conjoin together, it started to serve multiple purposes. Eventually, it advanced to where we are in our current time and age (the rocket). I think the meaning behind it is that we're reaching for something beyond our world (the rocket breaking through the monitor).
