I removed all previous ranks.

I inputted all approved current ranks.

There were a few exceptions due to lack of a steamid.

It is a requirement.

I am adding a time limit for a resubmittion to ONE WEEK after a application has been denied.

This will help keep things flowing and not get too backed up on applications.

This applies to both VIPs and Regulars.

I will also attempt at allowing promoted VIP members to vote on new VIP submissions.

I will be going through steam group users possibly next weekend, and updating them with the approved submissions (both VIP and REGULAR)
