I don't believe votes contribute to reports, only meaningful information/points that would otherwise go unnoticed/evidence.

1) can you prove this?
2) you can mute him
3) different accounts or in game names? because if he changes name, i mean what is wrong with it? but if he impersonates (as some people have said he is FPS russian and other say that he isn't) or changes of account to keep playing that's a bigger ban.

I personally believe that R. V Spy is F.P.S. Russian, except that he bought another account. He's gone by so mmany aliases, I find it hard to believe that he other account is his brother or whaever excuse it is.
