[TTT] DNA Scanner should scan blood splatters

The DNA scanner should be able to scan blood splatters on any surface, unless its on a body.

Uses:

1. Before the traitor teleported, you shot him and theres his blood on the ground, DNA scanner can find him.
2. There is a blood splatter on the wall and floor, and it you think the splatter came from a dead inno, but you assume the body was moved by the killers, DNA scanner can find the body, to get the DNA if the kille
