After I asked you lol. I just think it's best to explain that shit right away if it'd directly going against what another admin's done. Not mad or anything, just saying we need to discuss shit more kind of.

 And if you would be so inclined give me a short reason why you are promoting them.

It is rather confusing when I go on the server and something administrative has changed.

Or I have someone telling me "OMG XRAIN <XXXXX> ADMIN IS PROMOTING PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR BACK"

But we kind of agreed in the admin meeting or w.e that regular would be given on a person by person basis, as in if an admin feels they really deserve it ._..
