What is your view on ghosts?/Paranormal/Scary shit you've experienced

I'm openly a spirtual person and I would have to see it to believe it but I'm open to the idea that ghost exist. I've always wanted to go ghost hunting. What is your standpoint?

I personally had a very scary encounter about 7 years ago. I was sleeping in my parents room (they were remodeling my side of the house) and on the bed I see this red, glowing angular face looking at me. And as I'm looking at it there is this really strange tune that I couldn't tell if its playing in my head and it seemed to be saying "The cow flys over the moon" and then I just fucking jumped out of the bed and just jumped into my parents bed.

I think about ghosts just to scare myself. I do not believe in them even though my subconscious does.
