Was thinking of doing a Minecraft LP, but for one, everyone one and their grandmothers are doing that, and two, I'm not sure which editing software I should use.

Oh ok lol yeah EVERYONE does MC Videos, yet people still go crazy for them...
I would suggest looking up Tuts for Sony Vegas.
When i first started making videos i used Camtasia, it was an ok editing software, but then i got Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 right now its at 10.0 i think...
