1. Because it reminds me of childhood nostalgic
2. Its fanbase is nice
3. It lifts my spirits in times of trouble
4. I have a way of entertainment
5. It opens up to more friends
6. "I like it"
7. It's funny (not really strong argument but it'll do)
I have a few friends who go really deep in that shit by roleplaying, getting mlp related stuff. I won't go that far and find it a bit off par but I tolerate it. I don't see why people think it's for pedophiles. There's no actual "children" in there.
