Did you try looking up that driver and checking if your new monitor has any drivers/updated drivers? That would be a good place to start since you got that error.

I checked, my monitor driver is up to date.

Update your video driver...

Also if you have a built in Vcard make sure its disabled (assuming you're not actually using it Lol)

I already did and I'm fairly sure I don't have a video card built in my processor because my monitor don't work when I plug it into its slot.
