You know people being a furry doesn't mean they like gay fetishes or whatnot, it just means that they're being their inner animal self just like one of those native indian tribes or maybe they are gay furries who likes fetishes ._.

Furry != gay != fetish.
Furry = person who has interest, most of the time artistic or expressive, in anthromorphic characters. Characters that are a mix of animal/human.
For most, just a way of self-expression.
For example: I draw anthromorphic art, clean, as a way of self expression. I am a furry.
