Jack wallhacking? - I don't really see it. He isn't really aiming at people through walls nor is he tracking perfectly through walls.
It simply looks like he's judging their location based on where he sees them moving to, so it doesn't really look like wallhacking.

I mostly agree with this.

Do you have any other, more substantial proof you could provide?
