I would say I have pretty good skill with photoshop, after messing around with it for over 1-2 years, and decided, I'm going to make an avatar for anyone who post's and wants one here.

Requirements:
1.) I need to know what words, phrases, sentences, that you want on it.
2.) I need to know, what colors, images you like / want on it.
3.) Must provide the Image you are wanting to modify (Unless starting from scratch)
4.) Must have patience, as I mess with photoshop in my spare time :D

And that is it :)

I was wondering if you could show me what your capable of on it. I don't really mind any colors, just something more, hightech-ish feeling from it.
