Some capabilities of admin are temporarily given.
But I would REALLY like to know why Tech would give Goat temp admin...

Unfortunately, no, it can't. If someone wants to make a thread about tech instead of 'ruining' (what i'd call it,) Mathyson's application, how about you start it in the 'reports' area. Also, I may not be the one to judge here...but if Tech is promoting others to temporary-admin then I recommend getting proof for that wether vip or not, but because this is about Mathyson's application - and hey, tech might have something to do with this now...but we probably don't know that for sure, but i'm just saying that this is starting to sound like some sort of 'report an admin' type of thread to me. But remember, we don't need to start arguements about this or that here. I just think that mabye tech has something to do with it. And to be honest, I don't know this 'tech' administrator very well at all, but I can tell you that talking about him forever is probably going to have us forgetting about Mathyson's application and more on about this admin - and why he's promoting these other fellow guests. But if this isn't something you'd agree with best, it's possible that he either might or might not be the only one admin in particular :-X
But anyway, if you'd want, we could just focus a bit on Mathyson's application here because I don't know about you guys, but I am totally focused on what's going to happen to Mathyson because it isn't my application here; and as far as I can tell we're worried why he's a regular already while he's still not supposed to be. So, if that isn't okay with anyone, mabye it's best to just decide (for now, atleast,) on the future of Mathyson. Now, I know him, and since I don't know about all of yours' opinions and whatnot I'd have to say thumbs up, because mathyson's obviously kind, (a bit mysterious,) yet very active on the server and ofcourse, he could be a bit more active on the forums aswell but I've known him for weeks to realize he's ready to become a regular...but for now, atleast. Anyway, sure, mabye tech's the one making uncalled promotions, but I can't say. I'm only here for Mathyson, and if we want to find out what's going on, all I know is that we'll probably need proof for that.

This app is 7 days old and the decision whether it would be approved/denied has been made a while ago.
It's just open to get some questions answered. ._.
