Not such a good idea to wear tattoos in public or at least in any visible parts like arms, legs, etc.
Most people will see you as a dangerous person and I would expect this to be the case in many countries.
Also it should be hard to go to a job interview and try covering that up. Do they ask if you have any tattoos?

As far as I know not, at least not in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
