ya know for me it doesn't really matter just as long as its a game and it gets my mind  of things.

Trance. Trance everywhere, with vocals preferably. Fast paced pacedgames also help, the faster the pace, the better, to take my mind off anything else. I end up playing autonomously in APB all the time listening to trance, and its oddly relaxing.
