Question about Icon under User's name.

So I was browsing and I came across a player "Pontus" who had recieved a very unusual amount of -1s for posts that just did not seem to deserve it. Oddly enough a "/!\Muted" was under his name.

What does that mean?

That makes sence, but is that casued just because of his reputation?

No, he had been warned many times. We cannot just issue full mutes all of a sudden, we can only issue warnings at a time until the user continues to the point they are at 100% warning, and muted.

He had been making large amounts of bumps and pointless posts and continued after being told to stop.
