Maybe, but not only, like I know they left rNd long time ago.
I think the same happened with Cobra, he started to play a bit and then just left with Reborn. (Most of the old members might know them, really old members.)

I think its a lot more easier for admins just to make a thread and post the same form again and again, if they want the can change it.
Admins don't need to watch VIP's activity, that's why they're VIP because they are trusted and the administration team believes in them.
