Which one is better, in terms of speed is it the same or almost the same?

With those two, it's a hair off of being the same. So I'd go with the cheapest one.
And AMD packs heatsinks a long with the packaging. So you don't need to worry about the fan.

Changing my mind. I want a really good processor that would last a long time. and still in the budget of atleast below $150

Well by along time you mean even a $700 processor will be considered a POS in 3 years.
the 955 is really the way to go, best one for price from AMD.
Oh also do you have an AMD or a Intel mobo?
