Deacon may be a little abusive? (PROBLEM RESOLVED; DO NOT POST)

Well, I was in TTT today, and there's a det. RDMing and Gusta lowkarma RDMing me (me being lowkarma). Deacon gets DMG logs and he votebans the det. for 60 minutes and doesnt bother to start a vote on Gusta. Why, you ask? Gusta is a Reg, and Deacon is favoriting that position that Gusta has (by the way, he wasnt listening to my request also because i'm JBanned). I got mad, and so I called him a Favoritism Nigger, and he votebans me for 60m. Can't he just ASK me to stop, or help me off with a 5 minute votekick? Yes, the MOTD says Respect fellow players on the server, and VIP is a higher position, but 60m is a little extensive. Please just give me a positive response to this if you can. :(

I try to be more lenient with regs, especially since a wrongful ban on my part earlier in the day. The one who was wrongfully banned? gusta.

Its worth noting that mr. gusta had in fact left the server when this discussion happened

Thank you for giving your part on the subject Deacon, and I hope in the later future I can learn to be a little less racist and disrespectful, but being so lenient on Gusta is just a little annoying (yes he did leave).

Deacon:
You'll understand the difference between a reg and a guest rdming, at least in my mind. Regs know the rules, and follow them. Whatever happened between him and you is something that can be talked out, as with most people. However, recently, the sheer amount of guests who give smartass answers or flat out refuse to respond has risen, causing me to be short and quick in decision making.

Which i am trying to change, and I do apologize for my quick actions.
